Triskelions Successfully Conclude Third International Summit

Monching Ocampo (UP ’71, far right) gleam in agreement at the culmination of the Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity and Sorority (Tau Gamma Phi / Sigma) International Council’s Third International Summit held last Saturday, August 23, at the Marriott Residence Inn-Silicon Valley in Milpitas.
The event hosted by the Fraternity/Sorority’s Central and Northern California Regional Councils under the supervision of the U.S.A. National Council and attended by International Council officers and members from the various U.S. regions, Europe, the Middle East and the Philippines, was part of a series of summits held since January of this year, with a fourth scheduled in Metro Manila to coincide with the Fraternity’s 40th foundation anniversary.
The North American Celebration will be done October 4th in Newark, New Jersey with real time streaming video from both venues. The Fraternity/Sorority has grown Globally with members in the International workforce residing in the economic hotspots worldwide. The Fraternity/Sorority’s vision is to have a cohesive database of all the members with councils to be structured in the same manner from the largest national council to the smallest barangay unit.
The potential for the organization’s manpower could impact endeavors of local, national as well as global proportions. Peralta and Lopez are two of the highest ranking Fraternity officers from the Philippines.
